Install the Kronaxis Toolbar

It is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, the listing is in review. For now you add it by hand. It takes about a minute and works in Chrome and Edge.

Add it in six steps

  1. Download the file above, then unzip it. You will get a folder called kronaxis-toolbar. Keep that folder somewhere it will not be deleted, the browser loads it from there.
  2. Open your extensions page. In Chrome, type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter. In Edge it is edge://extensions.
  3. Turn on Developer mode using the switch in the top right.
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the kronaxis-toolbar folder you just unzipped.
  5. The Kronaxis icon now appears in your toolbar. Click the puzzle piece and pin it so it is always visible.
  6. Open any web page and click the icon. You will see the page's Authority, Topicality and DYNAMICS-WEB character, scored on your own device.

If you have a Premium key

Open the toolbar, scroll to Premium, paste your key and press Activate Premium. No key yet? Request early access.

Updating

When a new version is ready, download again, unzip over the same folder, then press the refresh icon on the Kronaxis card in your extensions page.

The toolbar scores pages locally in your browser. The page content never leaves your machine, only the character scores you choose to contribute, tied to an anonymous key.
